How Restaurant365 keeps its customers on the record.
Proof / Restaurant365 · Ongoing Partnership
Since early 2025 we have produced Restaurant365's podcast, filmed Truth Studies on location with their customers, and covered the events where their buyers gather. Each format feeds the next, and all of it is built from operators describing their own businesses in their own words.
Podcast · Truth Studies · Events
One day on location with a Restaurant365 customer. Real operators, on camera, in their own words.
Behind the Numbers, produced for Restaurant365.
Format 01 · The Show
"This podcast is about more than margins and metrics. It's about the people behind the data."
Behind the Numbers is Restaurant365's podcast. It is hosted by two of their own people, Solutions Architect Marc Cohen and Lead Solutions Engineer Rich Sweeney, who sit down with the finance and operations leaders behind some of the best-run restaurant companies in the country. The conversations are about how those leaders actually run the business: close calendars, food cost, labor, technology, and the people who make the numbers happen.
We handle production from the recording through delivery. Every episode ships as a finished video and audio episode with a cold open, a set of social clips cut in four aspect ratios, a full transcript, and a written content package Restaurant365 publishes on its own blog and channels.
"The systems are only as good as the people executing them."
A Truth Study puts our crew on a customer's floor for one day. The operator tells the story, the numbers come from them, and Restaurant365 leaves with a hero film, paid-ready clips, and written proof its sales and marketing teams can use the same week.

Back-office labor cut in half, and more than $100,000 a year found through vendor contract analysis.
"We've had alerts flag things like a $10,000 overcharge on a single beef invoice. Without that, it might never have been caught."
Recorded live at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. One of two episodes taped on the show floor that year, alongside a booth promo cut in three formats.
02
Restaurant Transformation Festival · San Diego 2025
Heather Kulzak, Black Rock Coffee, live at R365's own event

In Their Words
"The systems are only as good as the people executing them."
"We've had alerts flag things like a $10,000 overcharge on a single beef invoice. Without that, it might never have been caught."
"It's changed the entire dynamic. Managers now know their numbers going into meetings and can focus on where the opportunities are."
"They want to learn. We show them why it matters, and they take ownership from there."
Everything in one place, from one team.
